Tazah Meat Return & Exchange Policy

Hum aap tak bilkul taza aur mayari gosht pohanchane ki har mumkin koshish karte hain. Aap ka aetmad hamara sarmaya hai, is liye kisi bhi maslay ki surat mein hamari policy darj-zail hai:

  • Video Proof (Lazmi): Safaf-shafaf muamlat ke liye, order receive karte waqt parcel kholne se pehle us ki aik mukammal Video zaroor banayen. Video mein parcel ki seal aur gosht ki halat wazay honi chahiye.

  • Time Limit: Agar gosht ki quality, wazan ya packing mein koi masla ho, to baraye meherbani humein 1 Ghantay (1 Hour) ke andar WhatsApp par video ke sath ittalah dein.

  • Quality Check: Humari team aap ki bheji gayi video ka jaiza legi. Agar masla waqayi hamari taraf se hua (maslan: ghalat cut, ya wazan mein kami), to hum foran usay resolve karenge.

  • Wapsi ki Shart: Gosht ko pakanay ya dhonay (wash karne) ke baad koi bhi shikayat qabul nahi ki jayegi. Sirf kacha aur un-touched gosht hi claim ke liye kabil-e-ghaur hoga.

  • Wazan ki Tasdeeq: Hamara wazan hamesha poora (1000 Gram) hota hai. Agar aap ko shak ho, to video mein hi wazan kar ke dikhayen taake hum foran karwayi kar sakein.

  • Health & Hygiene: Khana peena aur sehat ka mamla hone ki wajah se, aik dafa deliver hone ke baad baghair kisi thos wajah (Solid Reason) aur video proof ke exchange mumkin nahi hoga.
